The beach is a profoundly spiritual place. It's the merging of two worlds, land and sea, that creates a space of transition. It’s a place where I can center myself. As islanders, we must cherish, protect, and preserve our shorelines, not only our access to them. Its value goes beyond capitalism and real estate value. It’s an islanders birthright.
